Ivano Stamegna started as a cement finisher and framer in the construction industry at the age of sixteen on weekends and during the summer while attending high school. When he was twenty two he got his General Building Contractors license and started his ownconstruction company. Presently he has almost forty years of experience in the real estate industry with broad and extensive experience in land acquisition and development, project financing, and construction. Although he excels in gated residential communities, he also has a strong background in commercial. Custom homes have always been one of his passions, his latest is a 12,300 sq. ft. home located in the Shady Canyon complex in Irvine, CA. He has built and supervised approximately twenty custom homes. To date he has built over thirty multi-level residential projects with subterranean parking. He has personally negotiated and sold his projects to large national merchant builders (e.g. KB Homes, Richmond American Homes), he also has built out tracts inhouse. These projects have ranged from 20 to over 300 unit projects. Totaling Ivano has either built or played an integral part in over 6,000 residential units & over 630,000 square feet of commercial, retail, and industrial development.
